and I will book it for you once I receive the payments for each venue. Also, I would be happy to give you a list of possible venues that are with in your budget if you would like.
I will ensure that all places are decorated according to your theme or color scheme. You will pick out your own decorations ( I will help if you would like) and I will make the necessary orders once payment is received.
I will compile a list of photographers, videographers, and other needed services according to your budget and wishes. I will book them for you once the payment for each service is received.I will manage the money and ensure that your wedding and other events stay on budget.
Once we reach this point in the wedding we will meet and recheck everything we have booked, and/or ordered to make necessary changes if any are needed.
It is my job to deal with the various vendors and see that I can get the best possible rates from different vendors for my clients.
We are responsible for ensuring that the theme of the wedding is reflected in all aspects of the wedding. Right from the design on the napkins, to the place settings, the flowers, and to the wedding dress; everything should be in sync with each other and it is the job of the wedding planner to ensure that.
